Using Buzz Words To Promote Your Online Blog

Your online blog is taking off and now you need to further promote it. While you will most likely use the other methods mentioned in earlier posts, i.e. Google Ad Sense, traditional advertising and social media sites, you should also take into consideration the language you use in your headlines and in the actual body of your posts. These “buzz words”, as they are often called, will help promote your blog as well as anything else because they will help the readers decide whether to click on it and see what it’s about or move on to the next post or even blog.

Thank action. If you want the reader to take action, for example to buy your product or service, you want to use words that will urge him or her to do just that. Phrases like “click today to take advantage of this unbelievable offer” are a start. When you mention the word “click” in your online blog, you are telling the reader to go, now to that site. You can even provide the link to coincide with the word “click” so the reader need not do anything more than to click on that word.

Other words can be used to describe the final destination. For example, you might write “click today to begin taking advantage of this unbelievable offer and receive optimal service at a stellar price. Here, you are describing to the reader exactly what will come out of this visit to your website.

When writing your posts, think of words that describe you. Be careful not to be too flowery; after all, you don’t want to go overboard, but be accurate with your descriptions. Always keep in mind the task you want them to accomplish and use words and phrases that will move them in that direction. For more examples of money making blog ideas, visit www.indeptreviews.com.
